You can easily create listings yourself on the Sobocommunity.com platform. By doing the job yourself, you can control which items to rent and when and rent out a garment until it is sold. You can check if you wish to receive bids for sale. There is no contradiction between rental and sale; The two complement each other.
You decide on the price and which rental offers you choose to accept. We recommend that the price be around 15-20% of the retail price for the clothing and 5-10% for accessories (jewelry, handbags, belts) for a weekend/week. While creating a listing, SoBo platform would suggest price points that you can follow.
If you choose to provide cleaning and transportation to your customers, the price of this service can be added. The most natural is that the garments are collected and delivered in your own showroom or shop. We have discounted prices for cleaning with our partners that you can utilize.
Customers can easily try things in your store or showroom. If a garment delivered to a customer does not fit, the customer can return the garment unused the same day for full refund. The SoBo platform handles any cancellations and refunds.

Yes. All garments are insured under rental period. In case of damage,
the deductible for rent is 10% of the retail price, paid by the renter.
Depending on the type of damage, SoBo stands for repair of the item or
replaces the garment with cash payment. In the event of theft, renter
pay full price for the item.
